I picked her over Nisha because I tried them both and thought Nisha's "spray and pray" playstyle would get boring after a while. Nisha if you want to do crazy DPS with Showdown. Athena if you want to do Maya-esque team support with free health and shield regen and taunt. Athena is my main, but the one thing I hate is that 50% of the time I am hip-firing, so my weapon choice is somewhat limited. Personally I think Nisha is a 1 trick pony.
